Initial one-year term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. If neither party provides at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of a term, the agreement continues for successive one-year periods on the same terms, subject to amendments and any increases in payments under Sections 3.2 and 3.3. PSBA Insurance may terminate on 30 days’ notice for nonpayment or immediately for misrepresentation or fraud, and may terminate the program on 90 days’ notice if aggregate excess or stop loss coverage is terminated or at its discretion.
