Pennridge SD Awards Insurance Contract to Psba Insurance (July 2026)

$4.50 per Employee annually, subject to change; plus potential 15% administrative fee on annual charge per Employee for late audit/fees

INSURANCE

One (1) year commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027; auto-renews for successive one-year terms unless terminated with 90 days’ written notice

Initial term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Agreement automatically renews year-to-year on the same terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions, subject to any amendments and any increase in the annual charge per Employee, unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the then-current term. PSBA Insurance may terminate on 30 days’ notice for nonperformance or nonpayment, or immediately for misrepresentation or fraud by the School Entity, and may terminate the overall Program with 90 days’ notice.
