Butler Area SD Awards Insurance Contract to Psba Insurance (July 2026)

$4.50 per Employee annually, subject to change; plus potential 15% administrative fee per Employee for late audit/fees

Initial one-year term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Agreement automatically renews for successive one-year periods on the same terms and conditions, subject to any amendments and any increase in the annual charge per Employee, unless either party provides at least 90 days’ written notice of termination before the end of the then-current term. PSBA Insurance may terminate with 30 days’ notice for nonperformance or nonpayment, or immediately for misrepresentation or fraud, and may terminate the program entirely with 90 days’ notice.
