The Town of Fort Erie Council approved the purchase of the MuniPaaS 311 Contact Centre as a Service solution through the Ontario Government’s Vendor of Record program. The 2026 Capital Budget for the CCaaS project was increased by $40,000 from the IT Equipment Reserve to fund the implementation.
