Initial Term runs from the Effective Date through June 30, 2029. License quantities may be increased at any time, but reductions are not permitted during the Term if the customer wishes to retain state‑negotiated pricing. Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice, but if the customer terminates after the first year, all remaining subscription fees for the Term become immediately due and payable. Renewal terms, if any, would be subject to future written amendment by both parties.
