Summary

Jefferson County is seeking bids for the High Ridge Boulevard Shared Use Path Re-Bid project. The project involves the construction of a shared use concrete path with lighting, contrasting concrete stamped buffer, curb and gutters, storm sewer inlets, and crosswalk facilities. The work shall be in accordance with the provided Specifications, Job Special Provisions, and Plans. The contractor shall have a maximum of 160 working days to complete the project, or a Completion Date of December 31, 2024 - whichever shall come first. Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.

Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
