Renewal
Agreement begins upon full execution (State signature dated 2024-09-30) and continues until final court decisions or settlements conclude the Snap, Inc. (Snapchat) Matter. The State may terminate without cause on 30 days’ notice or for cause with 15 days’ cure period; Special Counsel may withdraw on 60 days’ notice. Termination without cause or withdrawal triggers quantum meruit fee and reimbursement of reasonable costs from any Gross Recovery; termination for cause ends the State’s duty to pay for work or costs.
