Service Agreement effective for the 2026-2027 fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and may be renewed for subsequent fiscal years by Board of Education action. Agreement can be terminated with 30 days’ written notice for non-fulfillment, automatically terminates if the signed agreement is not returned by June 30 of each fiscal year absent an extension, and may be terminated for non-payment of administrative fees more than 90 days past due.
