Service Agreement is effective for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and may be renewed for subsequent fiscal years by Board action. The School must return a signed agreement by June 30 of each fiscal year to avoid automatic termination and OSSBA may grant extensions at its discretion. Either party may revise the agreement with 60 days’ written notice or terminate for non-performance, missed signature deadline, or non-payment of fees.
