The Lewisville City Council approved an economic development agreement with Nevermore Properties, LLC to support renovation of 170 W. Main Street into the Nevermore Tavern. The deal provides 10 years of performance-based tax grants, up to $50,000 in mural and façade grants, and fee waivers in exchange for building improvements, a public mural, and leasing 16 parking spaces to the City.
