Lewisville City Council approved an economic development agreement with Nevermore Properties, LLC to support renovation of 170 W. Main Street into Nevermore Tavern. The City will provide tax-based grants, up to $50,000 in mural and façade support, and fee waivers over a ten-year term in exchange for improvements, operations, and public parking access.
