Description
Lewisville plans an economic development agreement with Nevermore Properties, LLC to support the Nevermore Tavern project at 170 W. Main Street, including tax-based grants, up to $50,000 in mural and façade funding, and a full waiver of certain City fees. In return, the company will renovate the property, operate the themed tavern, provide a mural, and lease 16 parking spaces for public use over a ten‑year term.
