Initial term July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 with automatic renewal for subsequent school years unless terminated. DUSD may terminate at any time with written notice; DUSD must give at least 30 days’ notice before a new contract term to avoid auto-renewal. Alhambra USD must provide at least 180 days’ advance notice before a new term to avoid renewal and cannot terminate without cause during a contract year, except as provided for cause with 30-day notice before the next billing quarter. Contract may be amended in writing to reflect reduced funding if DUSD’s budget or grant funds are insufficient.
