July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with automatic one-year renewals each July 1 thereafter unless non-renewal notice is given 60 days prior

Initial term is two (2) years from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Following the initial term, the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms on July 1 of each subsequent E-Rate funding year under the same terms and conditions, including a then-current fee schedule agreed upon in writing, unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of the upcoming renewal term. Failure to provide timely non-renewal notice commits the client to all fees for the renewed term with no refunds or waivers.
