July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with automatic one-year renewals starting July 1st of each subsequent E-Rate funding year unless non-renewal notice is given 60 days prior.

Thereafter, the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms on July 1 of each subsequent E-Rate funding year under the same terms and conditions and then-current fee schedule agreed in writing, unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the start of the upcoming term.
