The agreement is reviewed and renewed annually and will continue unless EFCTS or Whitehall City Schools gives written notice of termination by January 15 of the preceding school year, with termination effective at the end of that school year. EFCTS and Whitehall may also terminate due to changes in law, court judgments, or loss of funding, in which case termination takes effect at the end of the current semester with efforts to minimize disruption.
