Effective upon board approvals; reviewed for renewal yearly; terminable with notice by January 15 of the preceding school year, with termination effective June 30 of the next succeeding school year

Renewal

Agreement is reviewed annually for renewal unless written termination notice is given on or before January 15 of the preceding school year, in which case it ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 30 of the next succeeding school year. EFCTS or Teays Valley may also terminate during any term due to specified legal changes, judgments, contract conflicts, or loss of state career and technical funding, effective at the semester’s end when notice is provided.
