Effective upon Board approvals; reviewed for renewal yearly; terminable with notice by January 15 for end of following June 30, or mid-year for specified legal/funding changes

Renewal

Agreement is reviewed for renewal yearly and continues automatically unless any party provides written notice of termination to all other parties on or before January 15 of the preceding school year, in which case it ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 30 of the next succeeding school year. Either EFCTS or Pickerington may terminate during the initial or any renewal term upon occurrence of specified legal, regulatory, contractual, or funding changes, effective at the end of the semester in which notice is given.
