$3,750 per year plus $500 one-time setup fee; $2 per additional verification above 3,750 annually; $250/hour support beyond 1 hour quarterly

Initial term 12 months, first year extended to align with fiscal year ending June 30, 2026; autorenews for successive 12-month terms unless terminated

Initial 12‑month term, with the first year extended to June 30, 2026, and automatic 12‑month renewals unless either party provides at least 30 days’ prior notice before the end of the then‑current term. Either party may terminate at any time with 60 days’ written notice. Company may adjust renewal pricing with 60 days’ written notice before term expiration, and the customer may reject the increase and elect early termination.
