TECHNOLOGY

36-month Minimum Term starting first day of month following Effective Date, with automatic 12-month renewal terms thereafter

The contract has a 36‑month Minimum Term, after which it automatically renews for successive 12‑month terms unless either party gives at least 30 days’ written notice of nonrenewal before the next renewal term. An Addendum allows the District to terminate for convenience any time after the first 12 months of the Minimum Term or of any Renewal Term on 30 days’ written notice, and to cancel for non‑availability of government funds upon 30 days’ notice with official documentation.

Agreement
