Agreement has an initial 12‑month term, with the first year extended to align with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and automatically renews for additional terms of the same duration unless either party requests termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term. Either party may terminate at any time for any reason with 60 days’ written notice, and the company may adjust prices for renewal terms with at least 60 days’ advance written notice, giving the customer the right to reject increases and opt for early termination.
