July 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027, with option to extend one year by mutual agreement at least 30 days prior to expiration

Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 and automatically terminates unless both parties agree at least 30 days prior to expiration to extend for an additional one-year term on mutually agreeable terms. Either party may terminate at any time without cause with 30 days’ written notice; nonpayment is a breach that must be cured within five days or the agreement may be terminated.
