End of initial term, then month-to-month renewals unless 30-days written notice before end of term

Agreement now renews for successive 1-month terms at the end of the initial term unless the customer provides written notice at least 30 days before the end of the initial or any renewal term and timely returns the equipment. Customer avoids return shipping expenses if it enters into a new agreement for substantially similar equipment and services upon expiration; otherwise, the customer prepays crating and shipping and insures the return shipment. Prior language allowing up to 20% annual increases to payments and overage charges has been deleted.

Agreement
