IVRMA Moves To SDRMA Workers’ Compensation Program

Imperial Valley Resource Management Agency plans to join the Special District Risk Management Authority Workers’ Compensation Joint Powers Program for at least three years starting January 1, 2026 to provide pooled workers’ compensation coverage for its employees. The Management Committee is asked to forward resolutions to authorize self-insurance and execution of the SDRMA joint powers agreement.
