The Town of Parry Sound is preparing to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Village of South River for the renovation and relocation of the EMS Base to 309 Hwy 124. South River will finance renovations up to $400,000, with Parry Sound District EMS entering a 15-year lease at $5,000 per month, starting January 1, 2027 or upon occupancy. The lease includes an option for an additional 15 years and other collaborative maintenance and cost-sharing provisions.
