The Township of Carling plans to fund upcoming reconstruction of East Carling Bay Road and Bayview Drive in part through a construction loan from Infrastructure Ontario, alongside reserves and the 2027 capital budget. Detailed loan terms and amounts will be finalized when the road construction tender is awarded, with work to begin after Highway 559 is substantially complete and no later than fall 2027.
