The Township of Joly entered into a fire protection agreement with the Corporation of the Village of South River, administrator of the South River Machar Fire Department, to provide defined fire protection services in Joly. Joly will pay an annual retainer of $26,210 in 2023 and $26,930 in 2024, with a 2.75% yearly increase thereafter, plus full cost recovery for additional specialized services and equipment damage, through December 31, 2024.
