Town Leases Shooting Range To Fulcrum Concepts

The Town of West Point plans to enter a five-year commercial lease with Fulcrum Concepts LLC for non-exclusive use of its shooting range at Middle Peninsula Regional Airport for GAU-19 weapons testing and training. Instead of cash rent, Fulcrum will provide more than $150,000 in berm, fencing, concrete pad, and other safety and access improvements, with automatic one-year renewals thereafter.
