Town Approves Range Lease With Fulcrum Concepts

The West Point Town Council approved a long-term lease agreement with Fulcrum Concepts LLC for use and development of the Town’s shooting range. The five-year initial term, with automatic one-year renewals up to forty years, allows Fulcrum’s capital investment in the facility in lieu of initial rent and contemplates future rent negotiations after the first term.
