Reclamation Extends Water Exchange with San Luis WD

The Bureau of Reclamation and San Luis Water District executed a second amendment to Agreement No. 17-WC-20-5056, extending the term of the water exchange and O&M funding arrangement for the Los Banos Creek Facilities Project through February 28, 2031. The amendment maintains all other terms and requires the District to hold a valid Warren Act Contract.
