San Luis Water District ups project funding commitment

San Luis Water District agreed via Amendment No. 1 to increase its maximum construction funding commitment for the North Grasslands Water Conservation and Water Quality Control Project from $13.7 million to $15.0 million and to higher estimated annual O&M costs. The amendment also raises the Project’s water supply capacity and refines conditions for ending Level 2 exchanges for construction costs.
