Initial term is 10 years from execution, ending October 15, 2035, with a contractual option for the Licensee to renew once for a further 10-year term on the same terms and conditions except for the renewal right, upon at least six months’ written notice before expiry. A linked Allocation Agreement for electricity cost allocation is to be executed within five business days, has a three-year term, and must be renewed successively for further three-year periods on the same terms, with the final renewal shortened if necessary to align with the licence expiry date.

Agreement
