Highlands, CRD consider EV charger site licence

The District of Highlands is considering a Licence of Occupation with the Capital Regional District to allow CRD to own, install, operate, and maintain replacement EV chargers on District land for a 10-year term, renewable for an additional 10 years. The agreement would allocate parking stalls for 24/7 public charging and authorize CRD to provide and install required signage.
