Utility agreement sets EV charger cost recovery

The District of Highlands is proposing a 3-year Utility and Allocation Agreement with the Capital Regional District, renewable for another 3 years, under which CRD will reimburse the District for electricity used by EV chargers and handle all Low Carbon Fuel Act reporting. Highlands will invoice CRD annually and authorize CRD to receive associated fuel credits.
