The LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency Board will consider authorizing the Managing Director to negotiate and execute a new administrative support agreement with the Orange County Transportation Authority. The agreement will continue OCTA’s provision of administrative services and daily management support for the Pacific Surfliner service beyond the current term ending June 30, 2027.
