The LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency Board will consider authorizing the Managing Director to negotiate and execute a new administrative support agreement with the Orange County Transportation Authority. The agreement will continue OCTA’s role providing administrative services and daily management for the State-supported Pacific Surfliner service beyond the current term ending June 30, 2027.
