LOSSAN’s Board authorized an agreement with Union Pacific Railroad not to exceed $19 million to construct long-term corridor hardening and coastal resiliency improvements along the Santa Barbara Subdivision. The project will stabilize track and adjacent bluffs at five priority locations to protect Pacific Surfliner service.
