Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a Maximum Reimbursable Amount of $82,427 for the initial fiscal year. The Agreement may be amended in writing, and the total agreement term may not exceed five years; each additional fiscal year will have a separately approved Exhibit B establishing that year’s MRA. Compensation for any renewal term is subject to Section 6, and District may terminate or reduce services with 30 days’ written notice if funding is reduced or eliminated.
