Renewal

Agreement is effective for an initial 12-month term from the first day of the first month in which services are delivered. At the end of each term, it may be renewed for a one-year period with the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice; if the client terminates during the initial 12-month term with more than six months remaining, an early termination fee equal to half of the remaining average three-month HR service fees applies. Inova may increase unit prices after two years subject to CPI-based limits.
