Base agreement effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with total agreement term capped at five years via written amendments; Maximum Reimbursable Amount may be amended by mutual agreement for additional fiscal years with separate Exhibit B schedules. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice, and the District may reduce or terminate services with 30 days’ notice if state funding is reduced or eliminated. Pre-agreement startup costs up to $10,000 are reimbursable within the overall MRA and must be invoiced within 30 days after the agreement start date.
