Description

The Charter Township of Orion entered into a two-year Participating Partner Agreement with Special Event Solutions, LLC to manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and pre-made food sales at Wildwood Amphitheater. The Manager will receive 80% of gross proceeds from beverage and qualifying food sales, with the Township retaining 20%, subject to Michigan Liquor Control Commission approval and insurance requirements.

Renewal Info

Initial term of 2 years from the Effective Date, modifiable only by written agreement. Agreement may be renewed in one-year increments if either party gives thirty (30) days’ written notice of intent to renew prior to expiration of any one-year contract period and the other party agrees in writing. Agreement is subject to MLCC approval and may terminate if such approval is denied or if requested modifications cannot be mutually agreed within seven days.
