Description

The Charter Township of Orion is considering approval of a Participating Partner Agreement with Special Event Solutions, LLC (Orion Events) to manage food and beverage sales at Wildwood Amphitheater. The two-year agreement uses an 80/20 revenue-sharing model in favor of the vendor and includes one-year renewal options subject to 30-days’ notice and Michigan Liquor Control Commission approval.
