Democracy Prep Public Schools Inc. entered into a one-year Management Agreement with Democracy Prep Agassi Campus effective July 1, 2024 to provide full-service charter school management and support. DPPS will receive a fee equal to 10% of DPAC’s Non-Competitive Public Revenue and grants DPAC licensed use of its trademarks and curriculum, with options for annual renewals.
