The ongoing DPPS Term is an initial five-year term followed by successive five-year DPPS Renewal Terms, unless either party provides at least 30 days’ notice of intent not to renew before the end of the then-current term or the agreement is terminated earlier for uncured material breach or quality-control noncompliance.
