Democracy Prep Public Schools Inc. entered into a one-year management agreement with Democracy Prep Agassi Campus effective July 1, 2025, to provide full-service charter school management and support. DPPS will receive a fee equal to 10% of DPAC’s Non-Competitive Public Revenue, with options for annual renewal and detailed provisions on services, intellectual property, and termination.

Initial term runs July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, with successive one-year renewal terms possible by written renewal agreement. DPPS/DPN must give notice of proposed renewal or non-renewal at least 60 days before term end; DPAC must respond within 30 days, and parties negotiate renewal terms in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the Agreement may be extended for 30 additional days past the current term to allow continued dialogue.
