The Lake Elsinore City Council is asked to approve a public works construction agreement with SAS Construction for up to $4,273,400.00 plus a 10% contingency to construct Bid Set 'E' of the new City Senior Housing Project on Riley Street. The City Manager would be authorized to execute the agreement, manage change orders within the contingency, and direct recording of the Notice of Completion upon project completion.
