Lake Elsinore will enter into a Contractor Services Agreement with Harrigan’s Toilet Partitions Inc for up to $62,000, plus a 10% contingency, to design, purchase, and install bathroom partitions and accessories for the New City Hall Project. The City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement and related change orders, with a Notice of Completion to be recorded upon finishing the work.
