The City of Lake Elsinore plans to execute a public works construction agreement with SAS Construction not to exceed $4,273,400 plus a 10% contingency for Bid Set ‘E’ of the new City Senior Housing Project on Riley Street. The City Manager will oversee change orders and the City Clerk will record the Notice of Completion after project completion.
