The Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority Network and Operations Committee is asked to approve a contract change order with TransCore, LP to add up to $13,207,741 for regional express lane toll system operations and maintenance in FY 2026-27. This amendment raises the total TSI contract value to $189,013,955, supporting manual image review, corrective and preventive maintenance, and spare parts across multiple corridors.
