The Bay Area Toll Authority approved BATA Resolution No. 62, Revised, re-adopting an amended and restated Master Cooperative Agreement #4-2078-A5 with the California Department of Transportation for one year starting July 1, 2026. The agreement governs funding, operations, maintenance, and capital projects on the seven state-owned Bay Area toll bridges while longer-term revisions are finalized.
